Amanda

Amanda is the co owner of Peterborough Yoga. She is a mom of two and loves to laugh and have a lot of fun. She treats every teaching moment as an opportunity for connection, community and growth.

Her sincere goal is for people to learn how to show up for themselves, practice compassion, self love, and use their yoga practice as a time for them to turn inward and release the stresses of life.  Amanda's hope is that people leave her classes feeling inspired , challenged, fresh,and with a sense of clairty that translates into their everyday lives.

Amanda has training in Yin, Hatha, Pre Natal and Children's Yoga.

She has additional training in the Eastern practice of Qigong, deeply rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Join her to experience this incredible energy practice.
