Amanda is co owner of Peterborough Yoga and an active community member. She has two children and a loving partner whom she shares her life with. Amanda is a huge animal lover and loves nothing more than a good laugh!
Amanda began her yoga journey in 2014 while she was navigating through the incredibly tough waters of grief and loss while becoming a mama. Amanda believes that her deep dive into her practice and the community that surrounded her was what truly saved her and helped her become the mama and person she wanted to be.
Through this belief she decided to take her teacher training in 2017 and help others discover the beauty of Self reflection and the strength in community. She has additional training in Children's Yoga, Advanced Yin Yoga, Qi Gong and Pre Natal yoga.
Amanda is an open book and loves to share her experiences and listen to others. She is passionate about her practice, especially Yin Yoga and Qi Gong. You can find her on the mat everyday, and practice with her throughout the week. She loves starting her day with early morning breath work and movement. She can't wait to practice and share a safe space with you.
