Emma completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2020. She believes that yoga is for every body and strives to make her classes accessible for yogis of all abilities, body types and backgrounds. She hopes to share her joy and passion for yoga in all her classes. Emma started practicing yoga as a way to connect to her body and to exercise in a judgement free environment that encourages self reflection and self improvement and hopes to share that passion and connection with other practitioners. She enjoys practicing mainly Hatha and yang-yin style yoga. Emma moved to Peterborough for university but has since made it her home.
Peterborough Yoga Wellness Centre teachers are kind, supportive, well-educated, and are encouraged to share yoga asana and breathwork practices that are authentic to their passions, experiences and expertise.
