Fitness and health have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. It wasn’t until I found yoga that I discovered the importance of ‘working in’ rather than just ‘working out’. My background in dance provided the foundation for my love of yoga, but after completing my yoga teacher training in the fall of 2021 I deepened my spiritual and mental connection with the practice. I love the energy of a hot flow class and the stillness of a mindful yin class. When I’m not practicing an asana on my mat you can find me planning my next travel adventure!
